For the first time ever, we will be bringing the
Enclony PLANET 6G, the
Countec DMC-4, and the
Sejong IW-120 to our booth so that the over 10,000 attendees and industry professionals can have a first-hand look at our most popular machines. We will also be displaying our latest CORA Sanitary Butterfly Valves.
Our new Enclony tablet and capsule inspection machine is built to impress with state-of-the-art vision technology, assuring 100% visual inspection, with 10 2-D and 2 3-D inspection cameras all working at 8 precise angles. This machine’s jam-free sorting and smart HMI allow it to inspect an extraordinary 350,000 tablets/ 150,000 capsules per hour. Countec’s DMC-4 automatic tablet/capsule counter has an output of 1,500 to 2,500 tablets/capsules per minute. It has four channels with a single filling head and is best suited for small batch production. With its advanced functions and 100% filling accuracy you never have to worry about escaping tablets, or blockages. The upgraded Sejong Checkweigher IW series is complete with high-performance weight cells that accurately weigh capsules with a maximum output of 12,000 capsules per hour on the IW-120 model. Our CORA sanitary butterfly valves are designed for controlling the flow of pharmaceutical and food grade powders. We offer a multitude of sizes and body configurations that allow for easy interfacing with your specific equipment connections.
