We’re hitting the road again for the last official trade show of winter before the warmer weather springs (hopefully). If you’re headed to PACK EXPO Southeast in Atlanta from March 10-12, the Key International team looks forward to connecting with you, so be sure to stop by our booth, #1812! We’re excited to showcase how we are advancing food and nutritional supplement production through our unique line of flexible packaging machines and CORA Ultra-Sanitary Butterfly Valves.
See what equipment we’re bringing with us!
- IMAR MAXIPACK - We are the proud North American distributor of IMAR flexible packaging machines, including the MAXIPACK series of 4-sided sealed, multi-lane vertical F/F/S pouch machines. The MAXIPACK can produce a high output—up to 160 pouches/minute per lane and meets your highest-demanding production needs. Using state-of-the-art technology, the MAXIPACK can be equipped with any of several dosing systems for granulates, powders, and pasty and liquid applications. It works with pouches ranging anywhere from 25-200mm in width and 40-600mm in height.
- CORA Model RV Ultra-Sanitary Butterfly Valve - The CORA RV is a multi-vane, oscillating disc dosing valve for regulated discharge rate of powders and granulates. It features a 180° oscillating, multi-vane disc (6-pocket) that helps improve product flow and regulates feed rate. With an ergonomic design and a 316L Stainless Steel body, the RV is a small, sleek piece that is simple to fit into any production schedule.
- CORA Model CV Ultra-Sanitary Butterfly Valve - Specifically designed to meet even the most stringent FDA and USDA sanitary requirements, our CORA CV Valve is a reliable partner for intercepting the flow of powders and granulates of chemical, pharmaceutical, and food-grade powders. Its lightweight and slender profile makes space-saving a key advantage, with available sizes ranging from 3 all the way to 16 inches. The CV Valve comes equipped with a lever and position locking pin or has an option for a pneumatic actuator with a 90° double-acting or spring-return. Our multitude of offerings for body configurations also allow for easy interfacing with your specific equipment connections, and its 316L stainless steel structure tackles durability to a T.

Key International was founded in 1968 by three entrepreneurs: Primo Ianieri, Art Pearce, and Bill Mohn. The business was focused on rebuilding tablet presses and other similar pharmaceutical processing equipment, eventually expanding the business into the sales and service of new pharmaceutical processing equipment from Europe. Soon after, many top European and Asian manufacturers entrusted Key International to sell their line of equipment to North America. Today, Key International has exclusive partnerships with some of the world’s top machine manufacturers to supply state-of-the-art processing and packaging equipment designed to improve efficiency, flexibility, and reliability to many industries, including pharmaceuticals, food, nutritional supplements, and cosmetics.
