butterfly valves meet the stringent requirements of the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, biotech, food, and fine chemical industries. At P&BS South, we’ll be bringing a selection of our popular CORA valves for demos and display!
The
CORA CV, which intercepts the flow of powders or granulates, is specifically designed for FDA and USDA sanitary requirements. The CV is easy to detach, disassemble, and thoroughly clean. The CV comes available in sizes from 3” to 16” based on your equipment’s needs and has multiple mounting configurations available.
The
CORA RV valve features a multi-vane, 180º oscillating disc and dosing valve to regulate discharge rates of powders and granulates. The RV comes with an actuator to help improve product flow and regulate the feed rate. The CV is slender in design, making it lightweight and space efficient.
Finally, the CORA
Crusher is used to break down lumped powders and oversized materials, typically utilized before entering a sieve or mill, or for separating lumps coming from a vacuum dryer. With a throughput range from 1,650 to 6,500 pounds per hour, this CIP and SIP crusher improves the product flow of your bulk materials.
