FlexPack NF-140 Horizontal Pouch-Packaging Machine - The FlexPack NF-140 is a versatile and productive mid-level machine for pouch packaging. Available in a simplex or duplex version, there are various production output possibilities, with up to 100 pouches/minute for the simplex model and 200 for the duplex. It’s ergonomically designed and manufactured to meet the needs of our customers in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and/or chemicals industries.
IMAR MAXIPACK Vertical 4-Sided Pouch Machine - The IMAR brand of flexible packaging equipment is a four-sided vertical form/fill/seal pouch packaging machine designed for high output. The MAXIPACK works with granulates, powders, liquids, viscous liquids, or solids, with a variety of dosing systems to meet your specific application needs. This series is made entirely of stainless steel for enhanced durability in any production environment.
Countec DMC-60T - The DMC-60T is a multi-channel electronic tablet/capsule counter built for high capacity (up to 6,000 tablets/minute). It uses the most advanced infrared sensors and PLC touchscreen controls for high user efficiency. With 100% counting accuracy, customers can see increased workflow and decreased downtime. Plus, it features a quiet operation and tool-less dismantling for rapid cleaning and changeover.
Sejong P130S R&D Tablet Press - Sejong Pharmatech’s P 130S tablet press is ideal for R&D and clinical testing. The P130S allows you to plug and play with automatic weight control and a mechanical feeder. This piece features an output of up to 24,300 tablets/hour and is compliant with 21 CFR Part 11 standards.
Sejong iW-120 Capsule Checkweigher - The iW series of Sejong Checkweighers use the latest technology to accurately measure the weight of capsules. Each machine uses high-performance weight cells that accurately weigh capsules with tolerances of +-2mg and can distinguish between good and defective capsules. The iW-120 model can produce a maximum output of up to 120,000 checked capsules/hour and meets cGMP and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. It also saves our customers time with simple maintenance and repair with easily removable change parts.
Countec InspecSeal TI-200 - The Countec InspecSeal machine detects packaging material, sealing machine, and capping machine problems. The TI-200 uses a non-invasive cooled thermal imaging method to test seal quality, detecting issues such as damaged seals, incomplete seals, or loose caps. It can easily be integrated into any production line and is ergonomically designed with the end user in mind.
Countec ISE-120 Induction Sealer - The ISE-120 with Trueseal sealing heads uses a non-contact method of heating a metallic disk to hermetically seal the top of plastic and glass containers. This compact, all-in-one system utilizes innovative air-cooled operations and sensors for the detection and rejection of missing foil. Depending on the power output and conveyor speed, customers can see an output of up to 120 bottles/minute, with bottle sizes ranging from a diameter of 30-100mm and a height of 40-200mm.
CORA Valves (CV, RV, CRUSHER, CV-V) - CORA Valves are your source for pharmaceutical-grade, ultra-sanitary butterfly valves for controlling dry bulk materials during production. Each model features a slender profile for weight and space savings and follows the stringent requirements that our pharmaceutical, cosmetic, biotech, food, and fine chemical customers must meet.
KG-5 Bench Top High Shear Mixer and Granulator - The KG-5 is a cost-effective, state-of-the-art bench top high shear mixer and granulator that’s ideal for R&D lab usage for small batch production. This machine has the flexibility for scale-up as well. Its simple user interface allows for seamless workflow and generates meaningful product performance data.
Key TD101-WD Tablet Deduster - Constructed of mirror-polished stainless steel, the TD101-WD is the ultimate source for the removal of excess dust from pressed tablets. Each unit is designed with the operator in mind and completely washed down which reduces the downtime between cleanings. You’re in control with its adjustable tilt feature to determine tablet speed and a stainless steel vacuum nozzle for dust control. This piece is also GMP compliant to meet the most stringent requirements for your specific production.
Key Capsule Polisher CP-350-WD - The CP-350-WD is a state-of-the-art design and a must when producing hard gelatin capsules as they can handle capsule polishing speeds of up to 300,000 capsules/hour. The units are easily adjustable to any height discharge from any capsule filler and feature variable speed operation to synchronize with capsule production. Economically priced, these units are built in the U.S.A. and are usually a stock item and supported by ‘off the shelf’ replacement parts.
