HM 300P is the most optimized blister packaging machine for both small and medium size runs of solid products. This machine features a single lane, intermittent platen sealing operation with an output of up to 300 blisters per minute. It was designed for production cycles that require frequent size change overs quality construction that gives the greatest performance for its price range.
The HM300P comes with a smart control system for flexible machine control and monitoring. This remote control can be operated by smart mobile phone and/or tablet PC from anywhere in the plant. It offers rapid recognition of machine condition without direct machine viewing on touch screen. Additionally, the touch screen trouble shooting page is linked to operating manual and electrical diagrams for prompt resolution. The production process is fully controlled by PLC control system with touch screen that makes production management and operations very simple. Self-adjusting indexing with servo drives and the tool-less changeover design for mold sets allows for fast and easy mold changeover within 15 minutes.
