Key International, Inc. is proud to be the North American distributor and service provider for the Countec line of electronic tablet/capsule/gummy counting machines. The NEW Countec Gummy Feeding System ensures accurate counting and a seamless supply of gummy products to be counted and put into bottles. It is compatible with the Countec DMC-60 or DMC-120 models.
The Gummy Feeding System prevents jams and ensures efficient gummy counting. It is effective at detaching and separating sticky gummies due to the vibrating bump hopper and bump tray design. The new system also has an impeller and rollers that successfully separate the gummies for accurate counting.
The multi-channel electronic counter has an output of up to 6,000 gummies/minute for the DMC-60 model and up to 12,000 gummies/minute on the DMC120 model. Using the most advanced infrared sensors and PLC touch screen controls, the DMC line of counters provides maximum running efficiency and complete accuracy demanded by our customers.
Gummy feeding system operational features:
- Gummies are loaded into the bump hopper
- The 1st tray moves forward and backward to feed the gummies
- The impeller rotates, transferring the gummies, while the roller rotates to evenly spread them on the trays
- Stepped vibrating bump trays control the gummies feed along the tablet feeding guides to the counting head assembly
