A compact, versatile sealing solution for pre-made pouches
The FlexPack NP-185 Pre-Made Pouch Packaging Machine is a flexible and productive pouch machine used for filling and sealing pre-made pouches made from heat-sealable material. A customized magazine or multi-format motorized belt places the pouch into the machine to fill and seal the pouch ensuring perfect enclosure and tightness.
The NP-185 is used for powders and granulates, liquids, pastes, towelettes, or solid products. This machine can be adapted with an optional top spout applicator and can manage zippers with a specialized opening system. The NP-185 is a versatile, flexible, and productive machine that can be used for all applications and products with a low to medium fill volume, capable of filling stand up pouches up to 1.5 liters and flat sachets up to 800 CC. The reduced cost of maintenance and energy expenditures make this machine eco-friendly and can help in your sustainability initiatives. Using the high-resolution 10” touchscreen, the NP-185 is easy to operate and requires minimal training.
The NP-185 is designed using an ergonomic monoblock on a balcony frame, manufactured using stainless steel 304. A wash-down design is available upon request. An adjustable motorized belt allows for multiple formats and easy change over with easily accessible filling stations.
