The Changsung SRD Servo Softgel Encapsulation Machine is designed for pilot production of new products and semi-large scale production. Its compact frame is suitable for room size restraints and the machine is flexible enough to produce both animal and oluscap softgels. Completely compliant with GMP standards, the SRD is comprised of seven different components including the AGT (Automatic Gelatin Thickness) ribbon control system. The AGT, controlled automatically and easy to set up, allows for careful control over the thickness of the gelatin. Additionally, the Medicine Pump & Block injects medicine very precisely via cams and dosage weight is easily controlled by the touch screen; these features along with the detachable conveyor, make the SRD easy to clean. At a maximum of 16,560 softgel capsules/hour, this is one of the most economical and highly efficient machines on the market today.
