Introducing the NEW Enclony PLANET EV series high-speed automatic tablet and capsule visual inspection machine. This smart, high-speed inspection machine is equipped with only the most cutting-edge vision technology. Tablet inspection includes 10 interdependent 2D cameras capture the entire surface area of the tablet while two additional 3D cameras capture the top and bottom of the capsules for complete coverage. Capsule inspection includes 14 2D cameras capturing the entire surface area and one unique infrared camera that checks the inside of the capsule for empty capsules and fill volume.
 
The Enclony PLANET EV’s new screw feeder easily feeds any shape or size product while simultaneously removing dust for excellent transfer to the centrifuge feeder. The centrifuge feeder has new pocket guides to align every product up for inspection. The jam free sorting, smart HMI, humidity and temperature sensor, and 4-sided wing door capability round out the new machine design.
 
Output speeds have increased with the new Enclony PLANET EV as well. 5mm tablets are inspected at up to 465,500 tablets/hour and no. 4 capsules are inspected at up to 160,000 capsules/hour.
 
The EV can inspect any shape or size tablet or capsule. It will automatically reject any product not within your “golden” standard. The hyper-specific analyzing algorithm ensures the geographical location of each shape and letter tracing is precisely etched as well.
