HMV3
The HMV3 is equipped with a touch screen PLC, Lexan Safety enclosures and Safety Interlocks. The maximum material width is 235mm and a maximum stroke of 125mm. These machines are operator friendly and most commonly used in low volume, frequent change over production operations.
HMV6
The HMV6 is equipped with a touch screen PLC, Lexan Safety enclosures and Safety Interlocks. This model also comes with full panel Stainless Steel enclosures. The HMV6
has a maximum material width of 250mm and a maximum stroke of 145mm. This model can be used as a stand-alone unit or be integrated with a downstream cartoner.
HM 200R
A balcony style machine with Industrial PC control system and color touch screen interface. This model allows for quick change-over with “tool-less” design. The 200R is a continuous motion, Servo driven machine with a self adjusting index. This model can be integrated into a cartoner with a single or dual lane discharge. The maximum material width is 150mm and maximum stroke is 100mm.
HM400R
Identical in design to the HM200R this model is manufactured with the ability to run larger width materials (250mm) and a stroke of 200mm. This continuous motion rotary seal machine is capable of producing up to 400 blisters per minute!
HANA 120
Intermittent Horizontal cartoner was designed to fit the most demanding production schedules. The Hana’s GMP design incorporates a drive system that is separated from the product feed section. The main drive shaft, cams and timing belt require minimal maintenance.
Maximum output is 100 cartons per minute.
HANA 300
This high speed, continuous motion, horizontal cartoner was designed to be integrated with the 400R blister machine. The balcony style design allows for fast easy cleaning. Perfect for the Pharmaceutical industry and in plants where high rates of production are required. The Hana 300 can produce up to 300 cartons per minute!
