Key International, Inc. is proud to be the North American distributor and service provider for Countec’s induction sealing machines. The Countec ISE-120 induction sealer with Trueseal sealing heads uses a non-contact method of heating a metallic disk to hermetically seal the top of plastic and glass containers. The sealing process takes place after the container has been filled and capped. Containers pass under the electromagnetic field on the conveyor which induces the foil layer of the inner seal and heats it, bonding the foil over the container’s mouth creating a hermetic seal.
This compact, all-in-one sealing system utilizes innovative air-cooled operations and sensors for the detection and rejection of missing foil. Made from stainless steel, the ISE-120 has portable base mounts to easily go over the conveyor.
