Tablet Counters
When it comes to Tablet Counters, there are three high-quality models that immediately come to mind. The
DMC-4 is a semi-automatic tablet/capsule counter that can count up to 1,500 tablets/minute. The product is loaded from the hopper and aligned on a continuously vibrating tray, then fed to the infrared electronic counting sensors. The machine has 4 channels with twin filling heads and requires manual bottle loading and unloading for filling. It also comes as a fully automatic version (DMC-4C) with a conveyor or a DMC-4T with a capacity to count up to 2,500 tablets/minute.
A similar product with greater capacity, the Countec multi-channel electronic counter,
DMC-60T, has the ability to count up to 6,000 tablets per minute with cutting-edge infrared sensors and PLC touch screen controls. This machine has 12 counting trays and provides dark time adjustability to detect broken tablets. This tablet counting machine model is recommended for large size tablets and small counting volumes with a twin lane sanitary conveyor.
The
Countec DMC-120 electronic tablet counter provides double the output capacity, 60 bpm or 12,000 tablets per minute. This machine also has two 12 track counting trays with a filling nozzle for each tray discharge. As with both the DMC-60T and DMC-120, we like the fact that metal, glass, or plastic containers are all handled with ease and an infrared sensor ensures 100% counting accuracy. All the DMC machines in this line are precise and efficient, making these tablets counters some of the best on the market.
Bottle Cappers
When packaging, having a reliable and production-appropriate machine is everything. For this, we highly recommend two Countec capping machines, each with different production capabilities. The
Countec Rotary Screw Capping Machine CT-RC-120 has a precise pick-and-place mechanism with an adjustable pneumatic cap clamping jaw that ensures trouble-free operation. The 4 capping heads are configured to allow this bottle capping machine to handle up to 120 bottles per minute.
Taking it one step further, the
Countec Press-On Capping Machine CT-OC-120 is a fully automatic press capping machine with a capping speed of 120 bottles per minute and an easy-to-use touch screen. Caps are loaded into a vibratory bowl feeder, aligned and fed to the chute escapement. This tablet capping machine is a powerful addition to any production line with a conveyor and adjustable side belts to position the cap and container before passing beneath an adjustable top pressure belt that evenly presses the cap down.
