We’re excited to share some of our most requested equipment with attendees through our live demonstrations so you can see the quality of the equipment we’re proud to offer. We’ll have several pieces of equipment from our partners, our own Key processing equipment, and a few models of our popular CORA ultra-sanitary butterfly valves.
Sejong’s newly redesigned
iW-120 Capsule Checkweigher quickly and accurately measures capsule weight using the latest high-performance weight cell technology. The iW-120 works with weight ranges from 0-1,800mg and has a max. output of 120,000 capsules per hour. The
Countec DMC-60T Electronic Tablet/Capsule Counting Machine uses multi-channel counting trays with twin filling nozzles to count at a capacity of 6,000 tablets per minute. The advanced infrared sensors and PLC touch screen provide maximum running efficiency and accuracy that pharmaceutical customers require.
The
CORA Valves we’ll be bringing include the CORA CV, RV, Crusher, and CV-V. These sanitary butterfly valves are used by our customers for the precise and accurate control of dry bulk materials. You can find more details

As for Key processing equipment, we’re bringing our

TD-101-WD Tablet Deduster with adjustable tilt feature is designed for GMP production, while the vibrator and controls are built to NEMA washdown certifications for quick cleaning and changeover. Our
CP-350-WD Capsule Polisher works with any capsule filler and can handle capsule speeds of up to 300,000 capsules per hour. The Variable speed operation makes it easy to synchronize with your capsule production. The
HT-500 Hardness Tester is the most accurate and reliable hardness tester on the market featuring an accuracy of ±1% over readout measuring range. Last but not least, our
FT-400 Friability Tester tests tablets using the ‘ROCHE’ test to establish a friability factor based on loss in tablet weight.
